DATA PROTECTION

In order to guarantee complete security and confidentiality, Ipsory is governed by a series of measures that ensure it rigorously complies with the current regulation:

• We comply with Organic Law 5/2018, about protection of personal data.
• We comply with Organic Law 34/2002, of July 11, about services of the information society and electronic commerce.
• We comply with the obligations laid down in EU Directive 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th about the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
• Disponemos Certificación PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Un estándar de seguridad creado para proteger la información  de las tarjetas de pago.
• From the moment details are gathered from the patient, we ask for his/her consent and he/she is informed of exactly who holds his/her details, the reasons why and exactly who shall have access to this information.
• Especially sensitive details (health) are not processed.
• This data is kept confidential at all times (use of these details is restricted to the purposes required to provide the service).
