For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At IPSORY we process the information provided to us by interested persons in order to provide the services or information they request from us, or to provide the services that laboratories have enabled relating to trials or clinical studies. In the latter case, your data will be processed for the purpose of the comprehensive management of these services.

We will also process your personal information in order to provide you with information in accordance with your interests, provided that you have provided your consent to it.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided and obtained during the provision of the requested services for the duration of the commercial relationship, will be kept for a period of 5 years from the last interaction that the user may have had on the IPSORY website, for the purposes of complying with IPSORY’s legal obligations. Personal information will be removed from the platform once you have completed the trial or clinical study to which you belong.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the agreement to provide services in clinical research activities, within the conditions established in the agreement itself, for reimbursement services or payment of expenses arising from the participation of the patient in trials or clinical studies as established by the corresponding Laboratory.

For other services as set out in this privacy policy, the legal basis used will be the explicit consent of the user.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

IPSORY may share your data with the service providers used to achieve the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, always in the territory of the European Economic Area. 

In addition, we may disclose your information as necessary to comply with legal process or applicable law and to respond to requests from public and governmental authorities.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether IPSORY is processing personal data concerning him or her or not.

Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
